Privacy Policy

• Account details: email address, display name, handle and profile photo.
• Artist and catalog content: track titles, credits, artwork, video, metadata and AI declarations you enter.
• Applications: the information you submit to the Founding Artist Program.
• Reports: what you send us in a copyright notice or content report, including your contact details and signature.

• Listening events: impressions, play starts, qualified plays, completions, skips and replays, along with how much of a track was heard.
• A rotating anonymous session identifier for listeners who are not signed in.
• Basic technical data needed to deliver media: request time, coarse device type and error diagnostics.

Listening events are recorded server-side. Artists never see individual listeners — Studio shows aggregated counts only, and listener identity never leaves our read models.

• Operating the service: sign-in, uploads, encoding, playback and your collection.
• Producing aggregated analytics for the artists whose music you play.
• Sending transactional email about your account and Founding Artist status.
• Investigating copyright notices, abuse reports and platform integrity issues.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not run third-party advertising profiling.

• Supabase — database, authentication and identity.
• Cloudflare R2 — audio and image storage, served through short-lived signed links.
• Bunny Stream — video encoding and adaptive streaming delivery.
• Lovable managed email — transactional email delivery from notify.taste-mkrs.com.

Account and catalog data is kept while your account exists. Listening events are retained in aggregate form for artist analytics. Reports and takedown records are retained for as long as needed to handle disputes and to identify repeat infringement.

• Access, correct or delete your account information by contacting info@taste-mkrs.com.
• Unpublish or delete your own tracks, releases and promos at any time from Studio.
• Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

TASTEMKRS is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
