Terms of Service

You need an account to upload, publish, save or report content. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

You keep ownership of everything you upload — masters, artwork, video and profile material. To run the service, you grant TASTEMKRS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, encode, store, cache, reproduce and publicly perform or display that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform. That licence ends for new distribution when you delete or unpublish the content, allowing a reasonable period for caches and backups to clear.

• You own or control all rights needed for the recording, composition, artwork and video you upload, including any samples, features and interpolations.
• You have permission from every performer, producer and rights holder credited or involved.
• Your content does not infringe copyright, trade marks, publicity rights or privacy rights.
• You accurately declare AI involvement where the upload flow asks for it.

• Uploading content you do not have the rights to distribute.
• Impersonating another artist, label or person.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or sexual content involving minors.
• Artificially inflating plays, follows or engagement by any automated or coordinated means.
• Scraping, reverse engineering, or attempting to bypass access controls or storage signing.

If content appears to breach these terms or the law, we may make it unavailable while we review it. We aim to notify the uploader and to explain the reason. Content that is disabled is not deleted from storage during review, and it can be restored if the report is rejected or withdrawn. Repeat infringement can result in account termination.

Accepted Founding Artists receive TASTEMKRS Pro complimentary for twelve months from acceptance, with no payment method required. Founding numbers are unique, non-transferable and are not recycled. Acceptance can be withdrawn for a serious breach of these terms.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features, including playback, uploads and analytics, may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that stored media will never be lost — keep your own masters.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TASTEMKRS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using TASTEMKRS at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that is subject to repeated valid copyright notices, or where required by law.
